This policy explains what data rarext.co collects, why, and how long it is kept. It applies to everyone who visits the site, talks to the AI consultant, or purchases a digital product.
What we collect
- AI consultant conversations — messages you send and the replies you receive, stored to improve answers and route follow-ups.
- Order records for digital-product purchases — the PayPal order id, product (SKU), and the payer email returned by PayPal. No card details ever touch our servers.
- Standard operational data — IP address, user agent, and request logs, used for abuse prevention and rate limiting, via Vercel and Cloudflare.
How we use it
- To operate the consultant and fulfill digital-product orders.
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, login protection on admin tooling).
- To comply with legal obligations and payment-provider requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling. We do not share it except with the processors required to run the service — Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), Neon (database), PayPal (payments) — and where the law requires it.
Conversation data is retained while the service is active and deleted upon request. Order records are retained to fulfill purchases and for tax/ledger compliance. For any data request — access, correction, deletion, or export — use the AI consultant on the homepage, which routes to the responsible channel.
